Description
Frozen meat block slicer is an indispensable machine in meat processing factory, by using the powerful rotary knives, it can directly chop frozen meat block into slices. Since defrosting is not needed, it can save time and enhance efficiency.
At the same time, it can avoid the loss of water, protein etc so that the meat can keep it's freshness. This machine is applicable for slice of frozen pork, beef and fish, slice thickness is adjustable from 2~14 mm. This machine is usually
used together with meat grinder and meat bowl cutter, working as their pre-treating machine.
