Stainless Steel Fruit and Vegetable Pulper: Product Introduction
Application
The stainless steel fruit and vegetable beater is an ideal machine for making jams, fruit juices and vegetable juices. It is suitable for mashing a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables into pulp.
It can process fruits such as oranges, grapes, kiwifruit, mulberries, waxberries, honey peaches, etc., into fruit puree or juice. It can also mash vegetables such as chopped green vegetables, tomatoes, peppers and celery into vegetable pulp or juice, making it an essential piece of equipment for food processing enterprises.

The stainless steel fruit and vegetable beater is mainly used for pulping raw materials such as berries and tomatoes, removing peels and seeds, separating pulp and juice from other parts, facilitating juice concentration and other subsequent processing procedures.
Working Principle
1. For Stone Fruits
The motor drives the rotor assembly to rotate at high speed through a V-belt. Fruits enter the machine via the feed inlet, and the feeding blades spirally convey the materials to the beating rod. Under the action of the beating rod, the materials are mashed.
Under centrifugal force, the juice and pulp (already pulped) pass through the screen holes into the next process, while the stones are discharged from the slag outlet by the slag-discharging blades, thus realizing automatic separation of pulp and residue.
2. For Berries
The motor drives the scrapers installed on the spline shaft to rotate at high speed through a V-belt. When crushed fruits enter the machine through the feed inlet, the pulp baffle distributes the materials evenly between the scrapers and the screen.
Under the rotation of the scrapers and the lead angle, the materials move spirally along the cylinder toward the discharge end. During this movement, the materials are rubbed and crushed under centrifugal force. The juice and pulp (in paste form) pass through the screen holes to the next process (for a double-stage beater, the above process is repeated in linkage). Peels, seeds and other residues are discharged from the slag hopper, achieving automatic separation.
By replacing screens of different specifications and adjusting the lead angle of the scrapers, different beating speeds can be set with excellent results.
Pre-operation Preparation
1. Install the machine stably on the ground and tighten the screws on the base feet.
2. Inspect the cylinder, remove debris and clean it thoroughly. Do not let water leak onto the motor during cleaning.
3. Thoroughly wash the fruits and vegetables to be processed, ensuring no stones, hard metal objects or other impurities are included.
4. Connect the power supply, start the motor to run the beater for a trial operation, and check whether the machine runs with normal noise.
