So far, 16 product series models from 35 tons to 1,000 tons have been formed.
At present, XX uses special design software for crawler cranes jointly developed with universities, which embodies all XX's accumulation in cranes and calculates the lifting weight accurately to every point, accurately and quickly. The CNC processing rate of XX crawler crane structural parts reaches more than 80%. All large structural parts are CNC processed. All products are subjected to full-working conditions, and a 125% static load test and a 110% dynamic load test are carried out to ensure that all load-bearing parts are carried out. The carrying capacity of the parts is better than the design level.
